This article will provide instructions on how to delete an item from SD-RevenueBuilder.

In SD Revenue Builder you want to select the Party Data Sheet for the customer you wish to delete. On the right-hand side, there are 3 colored boxes; Applicable Accounts (orange), Billings Due (green), and Services Due (purple). You want to select each item (by left-clicking on it) in those 3 separate boxes and delete them by right-clicking on Account ID (orange) or Item ID (green and purple) and then confirm that you want to delete them. Once all items have been removed from those 3 colored boxes you can then right-click "Item ID" on the main page and confirm deletion of that party.

First, make sure that the customer's Party Data Sheet is selected. Once it is click on each of the items in the colored boxes on the right one by one.


Items from the orange Applicable Accounts box will appear as below. Right-click on the actual text "Account ID" and confirm that you would like to delete it.



Items from the green (Billings Due) and the purple (Services Due) boxes will appear like the ones shown below. In each one right-click on the actual text "Item ID" and confirm the deletion.


Once you have removed all items from the 3 colored boxes you can now right-click on the actual text "Item ID" in the Party Data Sheet and confirm the deletion.
