The criteria for the Customer Post-Completion Survey to be sent are as follows:


  1. PVR must be completed in SD-Mobile
  2. The technician must indicate that the JobStatus = Complete
  3. The job must have an email address associated with it
  4. The technician must indicate the invoice will be emailed by the office
  5. SD-MoblileLink email-setup must be functional
  6. SD-CyberLink must have post completion survey invite box checked


If those are criteria are satisfied, the email that goes out to the customer to convey the invoice image, will include the overlay that is essential to invite the customer to complete the survey.
